What we receive and why

When you use the form, we receive your email address and message, plus your name and company if you choose to provide them. We use them to answer your enquiry and continue the resulting conversation. Providing data is voluntary, but an email address and message are needed for a reply.

We rely on our legitimate interest in handling correspondence and business enquiries. If a conversation leads to a contract, further processing may be needed to take steps before entering it or to perform it.

Form protection

Cloudflare Turnstile checks for automated abuse using technical browser and connection data; form text is not sent to Turnstile. A supporting attempt limit stores counters linked to hashes of the IP and email address in Cloudflare KV for about two minutes, without putting the raw values in the key.

Recipients and retention

Cloudflare hosts the site. Resend carries form messages to our mailbox; the sender remains a bleau address and your address is used only as Reply-To. We keep correspondence for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any resulting relationship, and longer only where legal obligations or claims require it. Service providers may process data outside the European Economic Area under their terms and applicable safeguards.

Images and videos

Published images may be served by Sanity’s public image CDN, and videos and posters by Cloudflare Stream. Viewing this media sends technical requests to those providers, including the IP address, browser information and referring page. Video playback does not start automatically.

Your rights

You may request access, correction or deletion of your data, restriction of processing, or object to processing. Data portability may also apply in relevant circumstances. Email us at the address above. You may also complain to your data protection authority.
